1. Insured Object
- The construction project of civil engineering, residents, industry, transportation, irrigation, power and others;
- Construction plant and equipment
- Construction machinery;
- The erection works facilitated and/or incorporated to the part of construction work;
- Existing property on/in contruction site, custody or control of the Insured;
- Third party liability.

2. Scope of Cover

Section I - Material Damage
This insurance will compensate to the cost of replacing and/or repairing and/or making good any of the Insured Objects and/or any part thereof which shall be physically damaged, lost or destroyed in any manner and by any cause other than exclusion in the wording.

Section II -Third Party Liability
This insurance will compensate to the indemnifications which become liable to pay in respect of:
- Death and/or bodily injury and/or injury to health of persons;
- Physical loss of or damage to property
