Following that, PVI Invest will manage and implement the housing on behalf of the owner. The project will include residential and commercial areas, schools, parks, trees, traffic, telecommunication, electricity, water supply and drainage for the demands of 3,000 to 4,000 people. The construction is expected to be handed over after 36 months of construction.

The above project is under Petrovietnam ‘s policies that its industrial investments must be accompanied with stabilizing of the workers’ lives and that the development of Van Tuong City must be speeded up, making a city landmark and a place for the workers to settle their lives, contributing to the stability, security and safety in the region.
