On July 24–25, 2025, PVI Holdings Joint Stock Company held an internal training and teambuilding program at Vinpearl Resort & Spa Ha Long, Quang Ninh Province. The event gathered leaders and staff from PVI Holdings and two of its centers. This was a highlight activity aimed at enhancing professional knowledge while affirming the company's determination to build a unified, professional team ready to adapt to changes in the era of digital transformation and deep global integration.
Enhancing Management Efficiency – Proactively Adapting to Change
During the training session on the afternoon of July 24, participants engaged in in-depth discussions on updates to PVI Holdings' cost management regulations, presented by internal lecturer Mr. Trần Duy Cương – Chief Accountant of PVI.
At the same time, the program also provided a comprehensive overview of key changes in the State's tax policies effective from July 1, 2025.
Timely updates on new regulations not only ensure PVI’s compliance with the law but also help its member units proactively adjust operational, financial, and accounting plans to mitigate risks and seize opportunities.

Following the training, the outdoor teambuilding session took place on the private beach of Vinpearl Ha Long. The creatively designed activities emphasized collaboration, strategic thinking, and trust among participants.
