On March 24, 2026, at the Vietnam Military History Museum, the PVI Youth Union organized a dialogue program themed “PVI Youth: Steadfast Pioneering – Breaking Through Limits”, with the participation of PVI’s leadership and over 600 outstanding youth members from across the system.

he program is a meaningful activity marking the 95th anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 – March 26, 2026) and the 30th anniversary of PVI (1996 – 2026). It also served as an open platform for dialogue between leadership and the younger generation.
Attending the event, representing the Party Committee and PVI leadership, were:
Mr. Nguyen Tuan Tu, Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer of PVI;
Mr. Phung Tuan Kien, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy CEO of PVI, Chairman of the Board of Directors of HanoiRe;
Mr. Do Tien Thanh, Member of the Party Executive Committee, Deputy CEO of PVI;
Mr. Dang Tien Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Trade Union of PVI;
Mr. Tran Duy Cuong, Member of the Party Executive Committee, Chief Accountant of PVI.
Representing the PVI Trade Union was Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hao, Vice Chairwoman.
Representing the PVI Youth Union was Mr. Phan Truong Thai, Member of the Youth Union Executive Committee of the Group and Secretary of the PVI Youth Union, together with outstanding youth representatives from across the system.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Phan Truong Thai emphasized the pioneering and innovative role of youth in corporate development, while highlighting the need for continuous transformation and proactive adaptation in the new context.
At the event, the Party Committee and PVI leadership presented a congratulatory floral tribute to the PVI Youth Union, recognizing its positive contributions in recent years.

The highlight of the program was the direct dialogue session between PVI leadership and youth members. In an open and candid atmosphere, leaders shared insights into PVI’s 30-year development journey, the role of younger generations in building foundations and driving growth, as well as strategic directions for the next phase.

Key topics actively discussed by youth members included: preserving and enhancing PVI’s corporate culture in a new stage of development; strengthening engagement among young employees to align interests, share a common vision, and pursue long-term goals. In addition, the application of technology—particularly artificial intelligence (AI)—to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and adapt to digital transformation trends was a major focus of discussion between leadership and participants.



Alongside the dialogue, the program also honored collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in Youth Union activities and youth movements in 2025. The PVI Youth Union was awarded a Certificate of Merit from the Government Youth Union, while several sub-unions and exemplary members received commendations from the Vietnam National Energy Industry Group’s Youth Union.
In their remarks, PVI leadership reaffirmed that youth are a core force, playing a pioneering role in innovation, transformation, and development. They expressed expectations for the younger generation to continue demonstrating responsibility, resilience, and a strong aspiration to contribute.


Following the dialogue, leaders and youth members participated in a visit to the Vietnam Military History Museum, exploring the nation’s proud historical legacy. The activity contributed to fostering patriotism, strengthening national pride, and inspiring a sense of responsibility among PVI youth in contributing to national development.
The program concluded in a spirit of unity and positivity, reinforcing trust and motivation for PVI youth to continue accompanying the company’s sustainable growth in the new phase.
